Terms and Conditions

The following terms shall be effective upon the parent/guardian’s payment for the child’s participation in Watford Zumba’s kids’ zumba classes or by allowing the child to attend a class. Any terms on the booking form override these general terms and conditions.

Waiver of Liability

Watford Zumba, its employees, and instructors will not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage or untoward incident arising from the child’s participation in the zumba classes. The parent/guardian assumes all risks of their child participating in the activities.

Behaviour and Exclusion Policy

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children before and after class sessions. Watford Zumba instructors will provide supervision only during the scheduled class time.

Children are expected to follow all instructions from Watford Zumba staff and behave appropriately. Watford Zumba reserves the right to exclude any child from current or future classes temporarily or permanently for unacceptable or disruptive behaviour with no refund of fees.

If a child is excluded from a class due to unacceptable behaviour, the parent/guardian must be available either on the premises or able to arrive within 20 minutes of being contacted to collect the child.

Cancellation and Refunds

Watford Zumba may cancel a class for any reason with a full refund provided for that missed session via bank transfer. No other refunds will be given.

If the parent/guardian cancels with less than 7 days’ notice before the class start date, no refund will be issued.

General Provisions

It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to disclose any medical, behavioral or other condition that could affect the child’s participation.

Some physical contact between instructors and children may occur to provide guidance and ensure safety, done in a professional manner. All Watford Zumba instructors are DBS checked.

Parents/guardians agree not to take any photographs or videos during class sessions except any organized photo opportunity where all consents have been obtained.

By making payment and/or allowing their child to participate, the parent/guardian accepts all terms and conditions as final and binding.
