Zumba is a fun dance fitness class in a party atmosphere; a healthy day that will put a smile on every child’s face.

Kids dance under disco lights, with pompoms and props to music from across the world. Through dance and games we improve confidence, self-esteem, social skills, memory, balance, coordination, flexibility, listening and following instructions.

Children will have the opportunity to express themselves through music, whilst learning to listen to rhythm and move to the beat.
